2)  The Governor issued Executive Order 09-114 on May 14.  This is a statewide emergency declaration due to wildfires in Volusia County and drought conditions in Central, South and Southwest Florida.  The order is in effect until July 13.

Price gouging statutes are in effect all over the state.

THIS ORDER WAS RESCINDED JUNE 9, 2009.

3)  Executive Order 09-81 - Expires June 1st 2009

This order was issued in response to the heavy rainfall in North Florida. This is NOT a statewide order. The following counties are included: Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Escambia, Gadsden, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Taylor, Walton and Washington counties.  Both the Attorney General and the Department of Agriculture interpret that the issuance of any Executive Order automatically kicks in price gouging guidelines.
